Working With Us

Our straightforward design process allows us to focus on your unique design project.

Here's The Rundown:

• Discovery Call:
  A quick 30-minute video call to get to know each other and chat about the project.
• Consultation:
  A more in-depth in-person meeting, to have a deeper conversation, to collect detailed measurements, and to gather reference photos.  All collected data will be used to generate a “rough-draft” of the design plan, including scope of work, photorealistic 3D renderings, and pricing that will later be presented.
• Presentation:
  A sit down in-person meeting to review early design concepts and materials, pricing, and scope of work with the purpose of deciding whether we will work together.
• Design and Proposals Meeting:
  Touching base to further review design concepts and materials.
• Trade Day:
  Scheduled on-site trade day to review your spaces with our trade partners and third parties.
• Design and Proposals Meeting:
  Meet to further develop your design, refine your selections, create quotes for custom items, produce additional drawings and/or revise existing drawings, select additional materials, and schedule tradespeople and craftsmen.
• Refinement:
  Completed drawings and item lists are ready to be presented for approval and final edits.
• Project Management:
  The Design Librarian team manages all communications and meetings with tradespeople and third party vendors. Detailed construction documents are prepared as roadmaps for trades.  We obtain all of the product -- including ordering, tracking, quality assurance, warehousing, and white-glove delivery.
• Installation:
  All items are white-glove delivered and all packaging removed.  We hang your artwork, mount your window treatments, make your beds, and add professional styling finishing touches.
• Punchlist:
  We resolve any issues that may have occurred before we consider the job complete and final payment is requested.
