This all-inclusive option is ideal for clients who want to be "hands-off" -- busy people who are already juggling careers, children, and a social life, who breathe a huge sigh of relief confidently leaving the details of project management in expert hands. We handle all details, from developing the initial design concepts to the final installation, including sourcing materials, vetting and hiring skilled craftspeople, and managing construction.

Emily and the entire Design Librarian team brought my sketched idea to life in a way which balanced my stated desires with the things I needed...but just didn't know yet. Equal attention to the foundational pieces of our outdoor kitchen project as well as the small details that tie it all together. They were able to execute my vision while introducing new concepts that weren't on my radar at the time, though in retrospect I can't imagine the space existing without them now (see: wall shelf and big yellow planter!). They were respectful of my budget and tapped into not only a creative, but also practical approach to ensure things looked good and worked as intended - a tough challenge when working around the elements outside. It's a space we're proud of and get tons of value from. Can't recommend engaging with the Design Librarian team enough!

Design Masterplan
Design Masterplan empowers ambitious clients interested in managing their own procurement and implementation at their own financial pace.
LIBRARIAN WILL DEVELOP COMPLETE DESIGN PLAN, INCLUDING:
- Design Librarian will be copied on all project related communications and remain involved in project's success via background role.
- Developing a detailed paint schedule
- Drawing and releasing complete set of 3D 4K renderings
- Selecting all construction finishes (if applicable)
- Selecting all furniture, art, accessories, window coverings, and rugs
Very pleased with the design work and creativity that Emily and team provided. A totally unique perspective and very personal hands-on approach. Nothing cookie-cutter about the proposed ideas and finished work, going out of her way to make every aspect unique and personal to our style, hand picking new and vintage pieces, which took plenty of hours and effort. Saw the project through to completion handling the inevitable hiccups and bumps in the road with aplomb and good humor. Highly recommended.

We are a General Contracting firm in Philadelphia and we have worked with the team at Design Librarian on a full home renovation. Emily is a true designer!
